Concerned Citizens of South-Central Los Angeles (CCSCLA) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 community-based organization which works tirelessly for social justice inclusion, economic empowerment, environmental justice, California statewide prison reform, south central Los Angeles business development and community organization within the South-Central Los Angeles community.
Since its founding, CCSCLA has expanded its work into other low-income neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County and the State of California.
In addition to our community organization services, CCSCLA continues to develop affordable housing units, youth sports leagues, prison reform re-entry training programs, social diversity economic opportunities and multi-million-dollar business development projects which support all the residents of South-Central Los Angeles and the State of California at large.
Since 1985, Concerned Citizens of South-Central Los Angeles has grown into one of the most influential community development non-profits within the State of California. CCSCLA has been recognized for its civic involvement, community enhancement, local business development, resident safety and educational advancement opportunities by the City of Los Angeles, the California State Assembly and the U.S. House of Representatives with proclamations, certificates of achievement and commendations.
CCSCLA accepts your tax-exempt donations on its website which helps CCSCLA provide for economic, educational and wide-ranging employment opportunities throughout Los Angeles.
