Now that you’ve heard about CCSCLA, you might be wondering what is “CCSCLA” and what they offer you?

CCSCLA began in 1985 as the first and largest fully integrated business, education, training, social program and youth organization in the Los Angeles area. There are hundreds of local organizations, family groups, and churches that have incorporated themselves as 501(c)(3) organizations that provide such service as basketball camps, youth leadership programs, drug free cities, drug awareness campaigns, youth mental health programs, etc.

CCSCLA brings the expertise and focus on the four pillars of human services – Educational Success, Mental Health & Re-Education, Drug and Alcohol Treatment, and Prevention Programs.

Many people would think that CCSCLA is solely a crime prevention organization because of their affiliation with the departments of public safety, youth and family services, and child development. However, CCSCLA is far more than that. CCSCLA’ social services impact a child’s education, have an impact on the emotional stability of the family, have an impact on the safety of the home, and have an impact on the overall quality of a child’s life.
